Arrive on time and present your reservation through the SHEGERBITE app.
Follow the venue’s rules and the conditions of the offer you selected.
Enjoy your experience and consider leaving a review afterward.
WHAT IF I DIDN’T BOOK IN TIME?
If the booking deadline has passed, the offer will no longer be available.
You may still visit the venue, but the SHEGERBITE discount will not apply.
We recommend booking in advance to avoid missing out on offers.
CAN I BRING EXTRA GUESTS?
If additional guests arrive beyond the number booked, the venue may not apply the discount.
In some cases, the entire reservation may be affected.
To avoid issues, always book for the correct number of people in advance.
HOW MANY GUESTS DOES MY BOOKING INCLUDE?
The reservation applies only to the number of guests selected during booking.
Each offer may also have a maximum number of guests allowed.
It is important to ensure your group size is accurate when making the reservation.
HOW LATE CAN I BOOK AN OFFER?
You can make a reservation as long as the offer is still available in the app.
Some offers may close shortly before the reservation time depending on availability.
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time and venue.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
You can cancel your reservation directly from the app before your scheduled time.
Simply go to your booking and select the cancel option.
However, the reservation fee will not be refunded after cancellation.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY RESERVATION FEE AFTER BOOKING?
The reservation fee is a service fee for securing your booking through SHEGERBITE.
It is not deducted from your final bill at the venue.
Please note that the fee is non-refundable, including in case of cancellation or no-show.

To benefit from the discount, you must arrive on time and respect the booking details.
The number of guests must match your reservation.

The reservation fee is a small amount paid through the app to secure your booking.
It ensures that your table or spot is reserved at the selected time.
This fee helps reduce no-shows and guarantees availability at the venue.

Open the SHEGERBITE app and browse available offers near you.
Select your preferred venue, choose the date, time, and number of guests.
Tap Book, complete the reservation by paying the reservation fee, and your spot will be instantly confirmed.
